I’m not really a dog person. As you know, I prefer cats. But here is a gentle video for a Sunday morning, courtesy of my daughter-in-law from the woods yesterday. Starring Gizmo and Phoebe.

Bags of atmosphere . We haven’t the slightest concept of what all those sniffs and smells are conveying to them. A whole world we know little about but so important to them. A fine pair of dogs.

He of the bushy tail, Gizmo, is a right character. Phoebe is more of a gentle lady.

I’ve never seen you mentioning owning a dog.
I don’t. But my family owned a Labrador from when I was young until I was 18. I’m largely indifferent to cats but recently one or more has been using my garden as a toilet.
Cats know how to choose their adversaries.

Aw they look so happy. They love discovering new places or visiting places they don’t get to as often don’t they. Hugo loves new adventures. 🙂
